This class is designed for students who are new to Pilates & Barre, the small class size (maximum of eight people) can enable the teacher to give personal correction during class.

This class includes Pilates breathing exercises, muscle exercise, and effective ways to train up our core muscle group. 


Suitable for who are looking to start doing Pilates / Barre

 

課堂為第一次接觸Pilates/Barre的學生設計,小班教學(最多8人),教授學生如何運用Pilates的呼吸法,肌肉運用,以有效方式訓練核心肌群。老師會為學員評估姿勢,幫助你調整姿勢以獲得真正訓練效果,改善身體。

 

課堂結合Pilates, Barre的練習,平衡身體元素(柔軟度, 力量, 穩定性),讓學生可糾正姿勢,改善常見痛症,改善身形

適合從未接觸Pilates/Barre的學生

Pilates Spine Corrector (all level)

適合什麼人士?

  • 全身肌肉鬆弛

  • 有肩頸背痛

  • 寒背、脊椎側彎、高低膊 

  • 足弓下塌

  • 需要改善身體靈活度

利用Spine Corrector的設計特性,幫助同學以多角度活動脊椎,恢復脊椎自然曲線

課堂中亦會重點激活日常被忽略了的肌肉,以有效支撐脊椎改善體態,減少痛症,提升身體平衡協調

ANIT Core 重點修肚班

課堂會全方位激活及強化核心肌肉,尤其稱為"人體天然腰封"的腹橫肌,有助快速平坦小腹,尋回腰線

 

導師的適切指導下,學生將感受到前所未有的虐腹感

適合任何程度的學生

ANIT Movement with Props (all level)

課堂會配合Props (e.g. 小啞鈴/Pilates ring/拉力帶等) 加強訓練效果及增加趣味, 提升同學對肌肉的控制

目標: 糾正姿勢,鞏固及加強核心肌肉, 掌握較弱的肌肉使用及訓練協調, 由根本改善痛症

Fat Burning Barre

課堂採用高強度芭蕾提斯(Barre Intenisty®)訓練系統,一系列帶氧消脂運動,強化四肢與核心,集優雅與力量,讓學生可速效修身,建立臀腿及腰腹線條

適合有運動習慣的學生

Pre-natal and Post-natal

 適合人士​

  • 孕婦 (12週以上)

  • 產後媽媽 (8週以上)

This class is designed for pregnant women who want to reduce discomfort and control body weight. Exercises can strengthen pelvic floor muscle to help the delivery of babies are included. With the help of different instruments (Fitball, Pilates ball, resistance band, etc.), students can ease their shoulders, neck, and back pain. Maximum eight people per class


此課堂為孕婦媽媽設計,減輕她們孕期不適,控制體重,強化骨盆底肌,幫助順利寶寶順利出生。配合不同工具如Fitball, Pilates ball, 拉力帶,舒緩肩頸腰背痛,每班最多8人

兒童糾正姿勢增高班

This fun and challenging class suitable for 6-9 years old children. Pilates exercises focused on both muscle strength and flexibility will be introduced. Children can understand the principles of proper posture and alignment, improve balance, and core strength to lower the chance of suffering muscle pain when growing up.

Suitable for children who have scoliosis, rounded back or want to correct body posture 

此課程適合6~9歲正值發育黃金時期的兒童,主要以普拉提動作為教學主軸,肌力與柔軟度並進的訓練方式,課程需融入遊戲元素增加孩子上課的興趣,帶動孩子去認識身體及學習正確控制肌力的方式,進而改善姿態及增高,減低成年後可能會引發身體疼痛的情形。

適合想預防脊椎側彎、改善寒背或因不良姿勢而影響增高發育時期的兒童
