This class can help you to re-balance three body elements (flexibility, strength, stability) in help with both Pilates and Barre, to correct your body alignment and build a more curvy body figure.
課堂結合Pilates, Barre的練習,平衡身體元素(柔軟度, 力量, 穩定性),讓學生可糾正姿勢,改善身形

This class is designed for pregnant women who want to reduce discomfort and control body weight. Exercises can strengthen pelvic floor muscle to help the delivery of babies are included. With the help of different instruments (Fitball, Pilates ball, resistance band, etc.), students can ease their shoulders, neck, and back pain. Maximum eight people per class
此課堂為孕婦媽媽設計,減輕她們孕期不適,控制體重,強化骨盆底肌,幫助順利寶寶順利出生。配合不同工具如Fitball, Pilates ball, 拉力帶,舒緩肩頸腰背痛,每班最多8人


This class aims to strengthen the pelvic floor muscle of post-natal women and build more curvy body figures than before.
With the help of different instruments (Fitball, Pilates ball, resistance band, etc.), strengthen the core muscles of students to ease shoulders, neck, and back pain.
課堂旨在強化女性骨盆底肌,幫助媽媽產後復原,加快修身。配合不同工具如Fitball, Pilates ball, 拉力帶,鍛鍊腹背深層肌肉,舒緩肩頸腰背痛,塑造比產前更美曲線及狀態

兒童糾正姿勢增高班
This fun and challenging class suitable for 6-9 years old children. Pilates exercises focused on both muscle strength and flexibility will be introduced. Children can understand the principles of proper posture and alignment, improve balance, and core strength to lower the chance of suffering muscle pain when growing up.
Suitable for children who have scoliosis, rounded back or want to correct body posture
此課程適合6~9歲正值發育黃金時期的兒童,主要以普拉提動作為教學主軸,肌力與柔軟度並進的訓練方式,課程需融入遊戲元素增加孩子上課的興趣,帶動孩子去認識身體及學習正確控制肌力的方式,進而改善姿態及增高,減低成年後可能會引發身體疼痛的情形。
適合想預防脊椎側彎、改善寒背或因不良姿勢而影響增高發育時期的兒童
